Reviews and Teasers

Steven Pearl is an American stand-up comedian who has been performing for more than 40 years. Pearl began his comedy career in the late 1970s in Los Angeles. In the 1980s and 1990s, Pearl became a popular stand-up comedian, performing at clubs and festivals across the United States and abroad. He has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in comedy, including Robin Williams, Richard Pryor, and George Carlin.  In addition to his immediate work, Pearl has appeared in several films and television shows, including The Aristocrats, Comedy Central Presents, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Steven Pearl has a mind almost as quick as Robin Williams, for whom he spent many years writing material. Some of those jokes you heard from Robin were conceived by Steven. On his own, the San Francisco native won first place in the annual San Francisco Comedy Competition, a prestigious comedy event that many industry leaders attend each year. He moved to Las Vegas and plays gigs regularly around Sin City and its vibrant comedy scene. His wit is sharper than Jewish space lasers, and Steven still makes us laugh out loud.

Pearl is known for his distinctive performance style, which includes a fast and energetic approach to comedy. He is also known for his unique blend of illustrative humor, political satire, and absurdist comedy.  Despite a career spanning decades, Pearl performs regularly and remains one of the most respected and beloved comedians in the industry.
